This house was built around 1890 for Godefroy Wilson (1859-1910), on land that he acquired in 1885 when he married Alzina Théoret. Mr. Wilson was a city counsellor from 1899 to 1902 and a people’s warden in 1910. He and his wife raised 12 children in this house.
