The current developper is not maintaining the historical facade of the building and we are concerned about the developers lack of concern.  We believe it will not last another Winter in the current state. We saw vandalism and general neglect, squatting and kids entering the site, which hasn’t changed in months. Please, this needs to be addressed ASAP.
