The building belongs to the Quebec Federation of the Seventh Day Adventist Church and has not been used since the beginning of the pandemic. As a result of this disuse, the church is slowly deteriorating: the entire site is now surrounded by protective fencing. Unfortunately, minimal maintenance does not seem to be done and it is gradually becoming covered with graffiti. Like many other Montreal churches, it is an important landmark in the neighborhood; a beautiful presbytery, which serves as a daycare center, is attached to it, and four beautiful houses, built on an embankment, face it.
