A beautiful row of three-story houses with gray stone facades. The demolition request has been filed and aims to demolish the buildings to make way for the construction of an 8-story residential building with 63 apartments. Those interested in the case had until January 26, 2016, to submit a “reasoned objection” to the demolition. The demolition request was withdrawn and the apartments are now available for rent.

However, a partial collapse of the building’s facade was observed in February 2026, although the exact date of the event is unknown, raising concerns about the future of this series of buildings.
