This building is a superb residential and commercial building located in the area of exceptional heritage value of Duluth Avenue (between Saint-Dominique and Parc Lafontaine).

For several years, the building has been deteriorating, with bricks coming off the walls and falling to the ground. The siding has been partially repaired in the last few years, but the work was never completed, leaving a gaping wall. This architecturally beautiful building is left unmaintained.
