Single-storey brick building with window openings on all four sides. Probably dates from the beginning of the 20th century and is owned by Canadian Pacific. A 1920 map identifies it as the “Office of the Supt. of Terminals.” Unfortunately, it has stood abandoned for several years, with the walls now covered in graffiti and the roof having been given a white coating.

The building was not demolished. It is included in the Urban, Economic, and Social Development Plan (PDUES) for the Marconi-Alexandra, Atlantic, Beaumont, and De Castelnau sectors.
