This seems to be an old warehouse building.  It is constructed of the red brick typical of the area.  While the building seems generally vacant, there has been, at times, signs of activity.  A few years ago, trucks that seemed to be from wholesale seafood companies often pulled up to the doors.  It is situated between an historic greystone house and an old brick cork factory.  The City of Montreal recently approved a request for demolition.
