Built in 1929, this three-storey building, located next to St. James United Church, is characterized by its arched entrances and Art Deco façade.

The building is currently occupied, but tenants have been informed by the property manager that it will eventually be demolished to make way for a tower.

As of 2025, no demolition has taken place, and the ground floor has been leased to another business.
