Block between Coloniale and De Bullion, on the south side of Mont-Royal East, featuring two one-storey structures with mansard roofs and dormer windows. Construction date unknown, likely mid to late 19th century—these are the only buildings from that era on this stretch of Mont-Royal (between Saint-Denis and du Parc). These are commercial buildings located in a neighborhood experiencing strong development pressure.

The buildings located between 100 and 112 Mont-Royal were likely built between 1890 and 1915, during the period of urbanization of Mont-Royal Avenue in this area. Their typology also corresponds to this period, as most buildings at the time were residences with commercial spaces on the ground floor, built directly along the street. The buildings at 100–112 Mont-Royal have hosted various businesses (laundromat, cobbler, tailor). Even today, they maintain a commercial function on the ground floor and contribute to the vibrancy of this part of Mont-Royal Avenue.
